Introductory Special

We are pleased to announce our breeding rate for Sonoran Knight Elmer DM of $750.00 2010  breeding season.

"Elmer" is our purebred  foundational Clydesdale stallion that currently stands 17.1 hands and weighs approximately 1600 pounds. Crosses will be well suited for dressage, show jumping, eventing and driving.

How do I ... ?

 

How do you prepare for breeding. Please make sure you have contacted your Equine vet and confirmed with them your mare is healthy and ready for breeding. At that point have the vet do a regular check to verify when she will be ready for breeding so you can contact us to coordinate the collection of our stallion.

Why doesn't ... ?

 

Why doesn't the breeding take? There can be many reasons why your mare did not breed. These questions are best answered by your equine vet. Some possible reasons are infection, poor feeding after breeding, not maintaining a healthy horse, injury, etc.. Please contact your vet to discover the answers.

When is ... ?

 

When is the best time of season for breeding. Elmer lives in sunny Arizona so he is available from March thru June. This gives the mid-west and colder areas ample time to breed for a following summer foal. If you live here in Arizona we can breed during September for an August foal.
